• Sin manchas de desodorante, sin ningún tipo de fluido corporal (incluyendo pero no limitado a flujo menstrual, secreciones vaginales o materia fecal)
• Sin manchas visibles ni señales de uso
• Sin rasgaduras ni daños
• Con las etiquetas originales intactas
• Debe ser enviada en su bolsa original y empaque completo, tal como fue entregada
Si recibimos una faja que no cumpla con estos requisitos, será devuelta al cliente y no se realizará ningún cambio. No emitimos reembolsos, reemplazos ni aceptamos solicitudes adicionales de cambio.

One-Time Size Exchange Only
We offer a one-time exchange for the same style of Faja in a different size only, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
• The Faja must be in brand new, unworn condition
• No deodorant stains, no body fluids of any kind (including but not limited to menstrual fluid, vaginal discharge, or fecal matter)
• No visible stains or signs of use
• No rips, tears, or damage
• Tags must be intact
• The item must be returned in its original bag and packaging, exactly as it was shipped
If we receive a Faja that does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to the customer and no exchange will be processed. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or accept additional exchange requests.

Esta faja ha superado todas mis expectativas. Desde el primer uso, noté lo cómoda que es. Las tiras/los tirantes son muy suaves y no causan irritación, lo cual es un gran alivio. Además, la forma en que se adapta a mi figura ha ayudado a reducir esos molestos "rollitos" en la espalda, dándome una silueta más definida. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta faja a cualquiera que busque comodidad y soporte en su día a día. ¡Definitivamente recomendada!!!
De La parte de bajo de la pompa a la pierna la costura está muy ajustada eso hace que se marque y forme una bola horrible nada de invisible La costura de los broches demasiado gruesa que con las blusas se marca terrible . El resto es cómodo, pero por los detalles mencionados anteriormente yo no estoy satisfecha con mi compra pues el precio que pagué fue mucho nada barata como para no dar un plus Ojalá la modifiquen

La faja está muy padre forma una bonita silueta pero la verdad lastima mucho la parte íntima a pesar que pedí la talla tall para altas por qué mi torso es grande esperé mucho este lanzamiento pero estoy desilusionada 😭😭

Yo ordené una faja y pagué por medio de shop y tenía una dirección donde antes vivía y el paquete requiere que uno firme si uno se la pasa trabajando como requieren firma mande un correo electrónico y asta el momento nunca me contestaron y mi dinero se perdio muy mala comunicación

Love the faja! Definitely is meant for taller people. I looked into Graciela’s fajas after my mom told me about them. She specified how Graciela makes fajas that are designed for tall people in mind; once she told me that I had to look into them because I have always struggled with fajas since I’m a tall girl. Fajas have always been too short (put it too low I have spillage on the top, put it too high I have spillage at the bottom and if it’s a full body it’s always not long enough to cover everything and pulls me down as it’s too short to fit comfortably. I love the the faja I bought (body comfort tall 2XL), it’s really good material. It’s thick material where you know it’s good quality but not thick where it’s too bulky. Super comfortable on the straps (cushioned), love that even though it’s a big size it still has 4 rows of hooks, like the non slip design on the legs, especially love the long zipper - the one I had bought from someone else did not have a long zipper for it made it difficult when going to the restroom. Overall, I love the faja!!! Definitely worth it!!! Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was that it did take a while to arrive (2 weeks to be exact) and I reached out 3 times through email & 1 time through WhatsApp in regards to my order & I never got a response. Other reason is, I’m not sure if that’s the correct way for it to fit, but the zipper part from the back part goes in (gives me a wedgie) instead of just sitting over the cheecks. Also the front part, kinda goes in as well (mainly when sitting down).

I am 5’4 however i opted for the Tall Body Confort because i have a longer torso and an apron belly🫠 i love how this faja actually covered all my stomach all the way up to the bra lining!!!! Ive purchased other brands and they would always fit me half ways to my stomach and i would be left with a bulge of fat hanging out from under my bra. . The most comfortable faja !! Molds your body so nice not uncomfortable around the waist at all ! Can honestly size down (275 14/16 pants got a size 2xl could have got XL) love that it has 4 rows of hooks!! My only flaw is the tag is too long when I put it on myself and no one is around I can’t tuck it on my own and the straps are still too small for me! Hope there will be strap extenders in the future and for it to come in nude <3 !

Im 5’10 I got the tall comfort faja it is comfortable in some spots like the stomach it does make you look nice but the straps hurt there not long enough for tall girls.
